On January 24, the Copyright Royalty Board (CRB) confirmed that the correct due date is February 5 for parties looking to file a petition to participate with the accompanying filing fee in the proceedings to determine royalty rates and terms for digital performance of sound recordings and making of ephemeral copies to facilitate those performances (Web VI).
