USCO Extended Timing Adjustments for Persons Affected by COVID-19 Set to Expire
Extended Timing AdjustmentThe U.S. Copyright Office “has further extended temporary adjustments to certain timing provisions under the Copyright Act for persons affected by the COVID-19 national emergency.” Register of Copyrights Shira Perlmutter has extended these modifications through December 31, 2021. “The Register’s authority under the CARES Act expires after that date, and therefore these adjustments will not be extended further.”
