Creative and Educational Resources in Support of the BIPOC Communities
The Copyright Alliance is proud to stand with the Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) communities, with our organization and creator members, and with all who condemn racism, violence, and injustice. We are committed to working together for change and equality.
A Conversation on Diversity and Inclusion in Copyright
In keeping with the Copyright Alliance’s commitment to diversity and inclusion, on December 6, 2021, the Copyright Alliance partnered with the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s Global Innovation Policy Center and Equality of Opportunity Initiative to host a virtual event titled A Conversation on Diversity and Inclusion in Copyright. The event featured a keynote address by Representative Sharice Davids (D-KS) as well as a dialogue with BIPOC creators, attorneys, and other professionals throughout our industry. The full event video can be viewed directly below, and further down on the page we provided a number of resources ranging from how creatives are stepping up to educational articles on the subject matter.
