Deadline to Submit Reply Comments to USCO on MMA Late Fees NOI
On February 23, the U.S. Copyright Office published a notice of inquiry soliciting public comments regarding when fees for late royalty payments should be assessed in connection with reporting by digital music providers under the Music Modernization Act’s (MMA) blanket license. Reply comments are due to the Office by May 9.
