The American Bar Association’s (ABA) Art & Cultural Heritage Committee will host a presentation on May 2 titled Unidentified Artistic Objects: A Futuristic Look into Art: AI, NFTs, Cryptocurrency, and the Metaverse. This panel is being presented as part of the ABA International Section’s Annual Conference to explore “new challenges in terms of contracts, IP, banking, and regulations.” Possible legal frameworks for the digital art scene, including recent court decisions such as the battle over the MetaBirkins, will also be discussed.
