Deadline to Apply for ASCAP Foundation Tu Música Scholarship
November 3 is the deadline to apply for the ASCAP Foundation’s Tu Música Scholarship, which benefits undergraduate and graduate students of Latin descent who are planning to pursue a Latin music songwriting or performance career. Deadline for Additional Comments to USCO on Final Rule for ‘Smaller Claims’
On May 17, the U.S. Copyright Office published a final rule, effective June 16, “on active proceedings and evidence before the Copyright Claims Board.” The final rule also changes the procedures and rules for “smaller claims,” which members of the public can comment on by November 14, 2022.
