Christopher A. Meyer Memorial Lecture

The George Washington University Law School, the Copyright Society, the Law Office of Michael R. Klipper, in cooperation with the U.S. Copyright Office, are hosting the 2022 Christopher A. Meyer Memorial Lecture. This year’s topic is The Lost Art of Substantial Similarity: Commentary on Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts, Inc. v. Lynn Goldsmith et al, which will be given by Sandra Aistars, Clinical Professor at George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School, Senior Fellow for Copyright Research and Policy, Senior Scholar at the Center for Intellectual Property x Innovation Policy, and Founding Director, Arts & Entertainment Advocacy Clinic.
