Rule on Recordation of Notices of Termination Takes EffectThe U.S. Copyright Office released a final rule regarding the recordation of notices of termination to improve efficiency in processing. In its rule, the Office addresses updates to timeliness, harmless errors, manner of service, identification of a work, and date of recordation. The rule will go into effect on March 29.
