On Monday, November 15, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit will hear oral arguments in Lang Van, Inc. v. VNG Corporation. The issue on appeal is whether the district court erred in dismissing copyright infringement claims against VNG and its operators for lack of personal jurisdiction.
