The United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) will celebrate World Intellectual Property Day with a panel titled The Value of Her IP. The event will feature high school seniors from Detroit, Michigan, Alexandria, Virginia, and Arlington, Virginia, who are participating in the Office’s Intellectual Property Skills Work-Based Learning (IP-Skills WBL) program. The students will discuss their experiences on how educators can make IP, invention, innovation, and entrepreneurship engaging for young women.
