Dale Cendali, Partner at Kirkland & Ellis, LLP, will deliver the 36th Annual Manges Lecture on Litigating Fair Use. The lecture will touch upon “the litigators’ role in shaping legal doctrine by developing the facts of a given case and establishing its ties to existing law.” It will also cover the increased focus on the second fair use factor, and how artificial intelligence is affecting the legal landscape.
