ABA-IPL Event on Judicial Perspectives on Litigating and Trying IP Cases

The American Bar Association Section of Intellectual Property Law (ABA-IPL) and the ABA National Conference of Federal Trial Judges will host an event titled Lessons from the Bench: Judicial Perspectives on Litigating and Trying IP Cases. The program is designed to provide IP practitioners with practical training on courtroom advocacy, discovery, settlement, and AI in litigation directly from federal judges.
