IPPI: The IP Policy Institute at the University of Akron School of Law has announced its continued partnership with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) for the 2026 WIPO-U.S. Summer School on Intellectual Property. The program is a two-week course that offers a practical overview of IP law in the United States that attracts young attorneys, industry professionals, college and advanced degree students, and government officials from around the world. Through a series of lectures, simulation exercises, and group discussions, this course is designed to cover all areas of U.S. IP law (including patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets) and their real-world applications.
