New Extended Deadline to Submit Comments to USCO on CASE Act CCB NPRM

On November 10, the U.S. Copyright Office announced an additional extension for the deadline in responding to its notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM) on procedures governing the initial stages of a proceeding before the Copyright Claims Board (CCB).
