The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) is hosting the third in a series of three Women’s Entrepreneurship Symposiums during the month of March, titled From Inspiration to Commercialization. The event will feature Georgia Grace Edwards, CEO and Co-Founder of SheFly Apparel; and Ceata E. Lash, Founder, Inventor and Co-CEO, PuffCuff LLC. The speakers will talk about “how they found the inspiration to turn ideas into commercial successes” and share “their secrets for success and how they overcame obstacles [during] their journeys.” The event will also feature Abi Olukeye, Founder and CEO, Smart Girls HQ, “who promotes science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) education solutions [by] providing engaging content and facilitating exciting experiences to enable young girls to achieve STEM career literacy by age 12.” Additional information and registration are available here.
