Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts New York (VLANY) will host a two-day workshop on basic mediation for attorneys, artists, arts administrators, and other professionals with experience or interest in the arts. Participants will learn mediation skills for art-related issues through observing mock mediations, participate in mediation simulations, and receive feedback from program faculty. The workshop will focus on deal mediation negotiation, leadership skills, and solutions for disputes without turning to litigation.
