USCO Deadline for Ringer Fellowship Applications

December 31 All day

On August 30, the U.S. Copyright Office announced it is accepting applications for the Barbara A. Ringer Copyright Honors Program. The fellowship, which runs for eighteen to twenty-four months, “was created for attorneys in the initial stages of their careers who demonstrate exceptional ability and interest in copyright law.” The program is designed to enable Ringer Fellows to work closely with senior attorneys and others in the Office of the General Counsel, the Office of Policy and International Affairs, the Office of the Register, and the Office of Registration Policy and Practice. Further, Ringer Fellows work as full-time federal employees during their tenure. Additional details, including the application process, can be found on the Barbara A. Ringer Copyright Honors Program website. Applications will be accepted through December 31, 2024.
