On Tuesday, September 29, a panel of judges in the Ninth Circuit will hold oral arguments in the en banc rehearing of photographer Jeff Sedlik’s copyright infringement case against tattoo artist Katherine Von Drachenberg. The rehearing will consider the continued viability of the Ninth Circuit’s long-standing intrinsic/extrinsic substantial similarity test for copyright infringement. More information can be found here.
