In celebration of Women’s History Month, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office is hosting “an interactive fireside chat with women entrepreneurs and technology business leaders. From converting one of the oldest industries to the digital age, to overcoming a worldwide cybersecurity attack, to recovering from an unexpected power outage caused by a historic weather event, the panelists will share their stories of unexpected challenges and how they used advanced technological platforms and innovative situational leadership to transform and sustain their businesses.” The event speakers will also talk about how their technology is supported by patents and trademarks and “how entrepreneurs can incorporate successful intellectual property strategies into their own entrepreneurial pursuits.” A Q&A session will follow the event.
