The Information Technology & Innovation Foundation (ITIF) and the Digital Citizens Alliance (DCA) will host an in-person lunchtime policy forum to discuss “how U.S. courts can authorize targeted website blocking to disrupt foreign pirate operations.” Drawing on the best international practices, the discussion will explore how blocking orders can be implemented safely and effectively to protect intellectual property and promote legal content without threatening free expression.
