The Certified Trade and Intellectual Property Specialist Program (CTIPS) and United to Safeguard America from Illegal Trade (USA-IT) will co-host a FREE four hour fast-track certificate course designed for investigators, prosecutors, and brand protection partners. The course will be taught by Thomas Dougherty, Senior Counsel of the Computer Crime & Intellectual Property Section (CCIPS) and is designed to assist attendees in learning what makes IP crime “criminal,” how to build better cases, and how to work public-private initiatives more effectively.
