March 22 is the deadline for reply comments from supporters and from those who are neutral of proposed exemptions under Section 1201 of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). These comments will be considered by the U.S. Copyright Office (USCO) as part of the tenth triennial proceeding, which reviews whether certain activities should be exempt from the DMCA’s restrictions on bypassing technological measures.
