On November 7, the Copyright Royalty Board Judges published a Federal Register Notice on proposed regulations for rates and terms for January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2027, for section 115 statutory license for making and distributing phonorecords of nondramatic musical works. Comments are due no later than December 7, 2022, by sending them through the eCRB, identified by docket number 21–CRB–0001–PR (2023–2027).
