On January 6, the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) announced that it is soliciting comments on the draft 2022-2026 Strategic Plan, which sets forth five goals to drive innovation, entrepreneurship, and creativity for the benefit of all Americans and people around the world.
