On August 13, the Copyright Royalty Board (CRB) published a Federal Register Notice announcing that distribution proceedings will begin in order to determine the distribution of 2018, 2019, 2020, and 2021 royalties deposited with the U.S. Copyright Office under the cable service statutory license and the satellite carrier license. Those interested in participating in the allocation and/or distribution phases of the proceedings must confirm their interest and submit the $150 filing fee by the September 12 deadline.
