The Authors Guild will host its 32^nd Annual Foundation Gala at Pier Sixty in New York City. During the event, W. Paul Coates and Black Classic Press will be honored with the Authors Guild Foundation Publisher Award for Distinguished Service to the Literary Community; Heather Cox Richardson will receive the Baldacci Award for Literary Activism; and Jesmyn Ward will be honored with the Preston Award for Distinguished Service to the Literary Community.
