The U.S. Copyright Office extended its deadline regarding its request for petitions for the ninth triennial rulemaking proceeding under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) to consider possible exemptions to the DMCA’s prohibition against circumvention of technological measures that control access to copyrighted works.
