The U.S. Copyright Office regulations set forth the rules by which the Copyright Office operates. For instance, the rules regarding examination of registration applications and deposits are included within the Copyright Office regulations. The regulations, which are listed below, can also be found in title 37 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR).
