The following is a list of existing AI licenses, agreements, partnerships, text-and-data mining (TDM) licenses, collective licensing, and other licensing solutions that illustrate the robust and expanding licensing markets for AI use of creative works. As evidenced in the list, many AI licenses exist all over the world and across a wide spectrum of creative disciplines—and the number continues to grow. The lists below are non-comprehensive. For example, there are many confidential AI licensing agreements that are not included in the lists. These lists are not intended to be and should not be construed as an endorsement of any particular license, license model, partnership, agreement, or company.
