Black in Copyright Part III

The Copyright Society, the Copyright Alliance, and the Young Lawyers Division (YLD) of the Black Entertainment & Sports Lawyers Association (BESLA) are hosting the third session of the Black in Copyright three-part series. The event will feature a moderated discussion with young Black copyright practitioners. During the discussion, speakers will provide awareness about the Black experience in copyright to facilitate a dialogue and understanding that will lead to greater inclusivity, acceptance, and diverse representation throughout the copyright industry. In addition, the panel discussion will include personal experiences, action steps, and tools to support the growth and inclusion of Black attorneys and law students in the copyright space.
