In partnership with the Copyright Alliance, the New York Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts will “celebrate World IP Week and explore some of the many legal issues that arise in the fashion industry!” The event will cover “the basics of protecting intellectual property through copyright, patent and trademark law, as well as the important role that contracts play in your business.” The event is free and open to the public, but registration is required.
