This year, the 51^st Annual Donald C. Brace Memorial Lecture will be delivered by David Vaver on User Rights: Fair Use and Beyond. Vaver is Professor of Intellectual Property Law at Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto and Professor Emeritus of Intellectual Property and Information Technology Law at the University of Oxford. The lecture is given each year in memory of publisher Donald C.
