GIPC and IP Watchdog will host a discussion on “the ecosystem for creativity that enables investment in the skills development, human capital and technology base leading to world-class creative products and job opportunities for millions of Americans.” The discussion will “describe the functioning of this creative ecosystem from early stage artistic development through financing, product development and market factors. Special attention will be given to the role of intellectual property rights in attracting resources to, and circulating resources within, this ecosystem.”
