Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts (VLANY) will host a webinar for artists and attorneys to assist them in learning about the legal fundamentals of NFTs. The session speakers will share a primer on the definition of NFTs and how they are created; how NFTs may transform the arts industry; an overview of the current NFT eco-system; and copyright and intellectual property considerations raised by NFTs.
