California Copyright Conference Webinar: Law, Music, and You

The California Copyright Conference will host a webinar titled Law, Music, and You: A Discussion of Current Legal Issues and Legislation in the Music Industry and How It May Affect You. The webinar will address legal developments and legislation pertaining to music rights, including the recent U.S. Copyright Office ruling on the intersection of termination rights, the derivative works exception, and the statutory mechanical blanket license; status of the NO FAKES Act legislation and state law protections; AI developments in music publishing, including high profile litigation cases, fair use, input, etc.; and the Music Modernization Act (MMA).
