January 5, 2021

Washington, DC – The Copyright Alliance is pleased to congratulate its new At-Large Board members who were recently elected to its Board of Directors: Daryl Friedman of the Recording Academy and Tom Maddrey of ASMP, who is returning for a second term. Beginning January 1, 2021, Tom and Daryl will be serving two-year terms.

According to Copyright Alliance CEO Keith Kupferschmid, “As 2021 gets underway, I look forward to working with Daryl, who was previously an At-Large Board member from 2013-14, and continuing to work with Tom, as well as with the rest of the Board of Directors, on an array of Copyright Alliance initiatives that are critical to the copyright community.

“I’d also like to thank our departing Board Member — Michael Lewan of the Recording Academy — for his many contributions and exemplary service during his term.”
